Just had my 2010 Wrangler in for multiple complicated items under my "Lifetime" warranty. From Brian, my service advisor, to Kelvin in the parts department, and especially Donnie, always my service tech items under my "Lifetime" warranty. From Brian, my service advisor, to Kelvin in the parts department, and especially Donnie, always my service technician of choice, everything was accomplished quickly and efficiently, and most importantly, done right the first time! Even with the current union strikes causing delays in part deliveries, my Wrangler was back on the road much sooner than expected. I know I have a great friendly team I can always depend on at AutoStar CDJR of Waynesville! Was quoted $148 for a diagnostics and was told it would take couple of hrs. Then when I brought it in for the diagnostic service I was charged $299! Because they said it took longer!!!! Came into town last night for vacation and window crashed down going over a large pothole in the road shared by our hotel and dealership. Being distressed tourists, we decided to take it to this dealership b down going over a large pothole in the road shared by our hotel and dealership. Being distressed tourists, we decided to take it to this dealership because it was within walking distance. They quoted us $700 to replace the window's regulator. We decided to fix the window when we got home and asked them to prop the window up so it was drivable. They charged us $185 plus 3% to use credit card. $15 of that was shop supplies which covered the 3 pieces of paper tape used to hold the window up. See attached photo of workmanship. More
