Overall, this dealership has been very good on servicing our car. We drive almost 45 minutes to have our car serviced at this location. We had rotors replaced and an oil change. We were not given the choice our car. We drive almost 45 minutes to have our car serviced at this location. We had rotors replaced and an oil change. We were not given the choice on the oil used for the car; synthetic was used, but we would have rather had regular oil. $95.00 dollar is outrageous for an oil change. More

The manager that gave of figures threw in a quote with warranty without mentioning it. Caused stress that wasn't necessary...and then told us our payment would be more than we had calculated... Brian Sullivan at AutoStar jeep is an excellent customer service rep. He takes initiative, listens to your issue and truly wants to problem solve. He had the required patience to follow through multiple tim service rep. He takes initiative, listens to your issue and truly wants to problem solve. He had the required patience to follow through multiple times with my extended warranty company (a hopeless task) and advised me the best way forward.
