Women Beware I am writing because I was recently at your dealership in Waynesville and was not pleased with the way I was treated. My husband and I were interested I am writing because I was recently at your dealership in Waynesville and was not pleased with the way I was treated. My husband and I were interested in purchasing a 2016 Grand Caravan today, but the way I was treated was unacceptable and I left. My husband had been to your dealership a couple of times looking at this van and eventually took it home overnight so that I could check it out too. We decided we wanted to purchase the van, so I went to the dealership after work on April 12th. Previously, my husband had been pleased with your service and discussed a trade in value for my Dodge Charger. They had discussed a trade in close to 12,000. When I arrived not only would they not negotiate the price of the van, but offered me 3,000 less than what they discussed with my husband. They either misled my husband, which I doubt since another dealership offered us 11,500, or they thought they could pull one over on a female. I told them that I was offended by the way they were working with me and I left. There was no apology or explanation given. More

don't get repairs here!!!!!!!!! First I got my truck taken here for an electrical issue. They told me that it was my ECM and that the repair bill was $3500. I didn't believe the ECM First I got my truck taken here for an electrical issue. They told me that it was my ECM and that the repair bill was $3500. I didn't believe the ECM was the issue so I got it towed to another place to get it repaired. They replaced a simple wire harness there charged me $200 and it runs fine! While this dealer wanted to try and charge me $3500. But I did let them do the alignment while it was there. The first time they gave it back to me the steering wheel was off my 90 degrees, took it back they straightened it out and then it was pulling right. Took it back 2 more times they still didn't get it right!!!!!! Finally had to get insurance involved and had them pay for another dealership to do the job they couldn't. More
