don't get repairs here!!!!!!!!! First I got my truck taken here for an electrical issue. They told me that it was my ECM and that the repair bill was $3500. I didn't believe the ECM First I got my truck taken here for an electrical issue. They told me that it was my ECM and that the repair bill was $3500. I didn't believe the ECM was the issue so I got it towed to another place to get it repaired. They replaced a simple wire harness there charged me $200 and it runs fine! While this dealer wanted to try and charge me $3500. But I did let them do the alignment while it was there. The first time they gave it back to me the steering wheel was off my 90 degrees, took it back they straightened it out and then it was pulling right. Took it back 2 more times they still didn't get it right!!!!!! Finally had to get insurance involved and had them pay for another dealership to do the job they couldn't. More

Not at Waynesville Chrysler Jeep Dodge. They believe that "you can replace vehicles, but you can't replace customers." They will work very hard for you and not tell you lies. Joy Ride in Customer Car I had these guys work on my 2015 Challenger Scatpack to fix a harness that surrounded the wires for the moonroof. I documented my miles, took a pictur I had these guys work on my 2015 Challenger Scatpack to fix a harness that surrounded the wires for the moonroof. I documented my miles, took a picture of my odometer, and noticed that my car was driven 16 miles. I understand the car may be driven around the shop, or from garage to garage, but not 16 miles. I am so disappointed in this dealership and the quality of dodge vehicles. The most incredible part is the way service and the manager handled the situation by implying my car had to be driven that distance to replace a harness surrounding wires for the moonroof. When I asked the manager why my car was driven 16 miles, he replied with "I don't know what to tell you, what do you want me to do about it?". Unless you want your car abused, I would suggest another dealership for maintenance and repair. More
