Friendly and Great Service I originally found out about Waynesville Automotive while looking for used Jeeps on car gurus. I contacted them saying I was interested in a Jeep they I originally found out about Waynesville Automotive while looking for used Jeeps on car gurus. I contacted them saying I was interested in a Jeep they had, and talked on the phone with Kaitlyn over the course of several days. She was friendly and resposnded quickly to all of my calls and told me it would sell quickly due to being in great condition and having low mileage on it. I drove up on a Saturday (right before Hurricane Florence was expected to hit). She told me that due to the hurricane I wouldn’t be able to get an insurance policy issued right away, so I wouldn’t be able to drive it home if I did decide to purchase, but she talked to a manager who said they would have someone deliver the Jeep to Greenville free of charge when I could get a policy issued. When I got to the dealership, John Buckner greeted us almost immediately and was very friendly and worked to help us come to a fair agreement on the financing. While on the test drive he explained the features in detail and even told me about Jeep clubs and the Jeep wave. They worked as quickly as they could to get the paperwork sorted so we could get back home before the hurricane hit. Several days later, Barry delivered the Jeep to my home—free of charge. Also, the Jeep I got was priced well below market value and was in excellent condition and had low mileage for being a 2011 model year. Once again, thank you to Kaitlyn, John, Barry, and Dan. They went above and beyond to help me despite the circumstances and I would recommend Waynesville Automotive to anyone looking to buy/trade a car. More
