There we were, two female teachers on a Saturday at 12:30, hoping this dealership was going to be able to help us. The odds did not look good for continuing our descent home. With one tech on duty, they were able to get a code from the truck and do a miraculous repair. Can u believe they even had the part!!! We were on the road again by 2:45. After completing the paperwork, Manny arranged to drive the Jeep to my home, and he included a huge red bow to place on the hood of the vehicle. I live 31 miles from the dealership, and it was storming badly the day I made my purchase. Manny arrived at my home with the new Jeep (which has been detailed and washed), discussed all the details surrounding the transaction, and made sure I had all his contact information.
