I have been extremely pleased every visit to the service department in Waynesville. I would not recommend Autostar of Waynesville! Truck was kept for a month, 2 weeks prior to pickup, I was told they were expecting a fitting on the delivery truck. They had not had it on the lift Truck was kept for a month, 2 weeks prior to pickup, I was told they were expecting a fitting on the delivery truck. They had not had it on the lift until the 8th of the following month. I was charged 1349.00, I paid 700.00 on a debit card, then used a credit card for the rest, adding insult to injury;I was charged an extra 3%. Final total was 1400.00. I kept having to inquire when I might get my truck back, only to be told there was no one available to work on it. Not my fault! More

AutoStar of Waynesville has me as a customer for life. The repair service I received when I had radio trouble with my Cherokee had me coming back when I wanted another vehicle. The service I received with the Compass just added to that. When I told people my vehicle was delivered that thought I bought it through Carvana and I told them nope, AutoStar of Waynesville. Plus when I tell them about the radio repair they just couldn't believe it was AutoStar. Everyone who I worked with to purchase the Compass was great. More
