Untrustworthy, made a lot of good promises but did not follow through with them. Purchased a used vehicle, was told it would be thoroughly gone over and inspected to make sure it was in great shape with n follow through with them. Purchased a used vehicle, was told it would be thoroughly gone over and inspected to make sure it was in great shape with no issues. Had vehicle one week and the Camshaft positioning solenoid went out, week 2 the thermostat went out now not even 4 weeks later the torque converter has to be replaced. That will cost over 3,800. Considering all the issues since the purchase of the vehicle it is very clear that it was not inspected or gone through before it was sold as promised. Completely disappointed with this dealership and do not recommend them. Communication has also been horrible! No one wants to answer a phone or address the situation. We feel as if we are and have been intentionally avoided. More

I had a 1:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation.. I normally do not give bad reviews but I feel that the employees were put in a bad position by management.. after driving 25 miles for my rotation.. I was not the only customer that was stuck there for more than 2 hours.. from the sounds of it this is a common occurrence. To me this is not a good business practice. There were at least two other customers that were not happy with the time it took to receive their oil change. More
