Fabulous Experience at Waynesville Chrysler Dodge JEEP! I has in no mood to shop. I HATE shopping. BUT my husband had been looking at some jeeps online and researched one or two that I would like. We went to WAYNESVILLE JEEP first (a friend recommended them), and didn't go anywhere after. I got a brand new Jeep! We drove in and were able to look around by ourselves for a little bit, then in about the perfect amount of time, a salesperson came out to help us. I loved this, not being bombarded with a salesperson as soon as you get out of your car. So, we talked with a salesperson and told him what we'd be interested in and he got Chris Eckert to assist us. Chris is amazing. He went above and beyond. This was not my first time car shopping and never in my life has a salesperson been so patient and so thorough about the car and the "bells and whistles". He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer EVERY question I had. Needless to say, I left with a BRAND new Jeep that evening. Chris and the General Manager, Mr. Hollifield, were extremely kind and helpful. Mr. Hollifield even went so far to try to entertain my young kids as we completed all of the paperwork. All in all, great experience, awesome staff, super selection. More
