We looked at a 2017 ford transit on line and speaking several times to our agent who assured us the vehicle would meet our expectations. The final work order from the dealership showed an unexpected $100 several times to our agent who assured us the vehicle would meet our expectations. The final work order from the dealership showed an unexpected $1000 charge, when I asked I was told to prep the vehicle and inspection, we came from out of town and were surprised how many signs of wear and tare on the vehicle not seen in the original pictures, a short test drive around the block did not reveal two bad tire with shifted belts, one with no internal pressure sensor( the tire came off another vehicle) it shook so bad on 95 we could not go over 65 mph, brought to a repair shop to find it also had all brake pads to the metal, where is real integrity? I have sent copies of my receipts to them totaling over $1000 just to make the vehicle safe to drive, with no response from the dealership, or resolve. More
