We came in with numbers we didn’t want to go above and Marcos and Darren helped us meet those goals! Marcos made it very easy to test drive anything we wanted! He knew the answers to the questions we asked or he made sure he got the answers for us. He went above and beyond and made us feel very comfortable. When we had a couple questions about things getting fixed on the car… He and his manager both were very willing to fix those things after having the mechanics look at it. Once they saw the car, they very kindly agreed and fixed it all. Such an unexpected surprise! The mechanics did a great job. Financing and warranty options were excellent. Again… Zero Hasteling!
