Do not disregard the bad reviews — they are so spot on. My boyfriend bought a car from the Utah Autosavvy and the whole process has been nothing but a nightmare. We flew out from CO to pick the car up and drive it back. A few red flags arose during the initial process: -Jay was supposed to be helping with the sales as he is the one we were referred to and had the most communication with initially. He spoke to us for maybe a total of 2 minutes during the sales process and we had to continually involve his manager in order to get any sort of information regarding the vehicle and background — and no this wasn’t because Jay was busy. He was face deep in his cell phone texting, and fist deep in a bag of pretzels behind the desk. We felt SO important. -Second, these guys knew which car we were coming to check out, yet nothing was ready on the car upon arrival. Even the tire pressure was low when we took it for a test drive. They told us they would fix the the tire pressure before we left with the car. (We drove back once to have this fixed before departing back to CO and then twice when we found the wipers broken). Attention was brought to the gap in the hood we were assured it could be taken care of but that we would need an estimate from a Subaru shop. So after flying out from CO, and driving back to CO with the new car, we take it to a collision repair shop and they immediately tell us that they cannot look at the car because there’s so much wrong with it that if they were to look further under the hood and find more damage, they wouldn’t be able to let us drive the car off the property without liability issues. Four different places individually told us to take the car back for a refund. Obviously this was alarming, so we reached out to the Autosavvy staff, and guess what, GHOSTED. After endless calls, being hung up on multiple times, emails and texts sent, we FINALLY got ahold of someone. We were told that texting was the easiest way to get ahold of them — however this was not the case because after multiple instances of being left on read, the max communication we would receive back was “our offices are closed, reach back out during business hours.” Cassy was the service rep we were working with and she has been living by ignorance is bliss in regards to customer service. After being in the facility and seeing first hand the amount of employees staring blankly at their computer screens, we know the employees were not too busy to answer one of the many calls or even have the courtesy to give a call back (which will never happen. If they tell you they will reach out to you they will not. You must initiate any sort of communication regardless of what was promised) We reach out during business hours, continue to be ghosted, call in from different numbers to get ahold of someone who then acts as a middle man of communication, because apparently you cannot communicate directly with the managers there, it must go through the office customer service first, and then they relay your information back and forth like a game of telephone until you’re yet again, ghosted. This has been an absolutely frustrating process given we have done everything the company asked from us — 4 estimates WITH photos and reasons why these parts should be replaced, from FOUR different Subaru certified collision shops — only to remain in the same position as the day after the car was purchased. Eventually we reached out to the Colorado auto savvy location and they were able to get the car in for repair. So we were given a rental (had the rental for longer than the purchased car at this point). After calling in to check on the status of the repair, we discovered that only one SMALL part of the car could be repaired and that Utah denied any other repairs. This has been a 3 month process so far and the status of the car remains the same to this day — with the gap in the hood remaining. It truly feels like we were scammed. The salesmen do not care about selling you a genuinely safe car that fits your needs, it is 100% all about the money, and once you’re out the door they want nothing to do with you. If you do reach out with any concerns, prepare to continue to be brushed off and timelines pushed back daily. As an employee in the customer service field, this has to be the worst I have ever experienced and I can only hope that you do not buy a car from this company. Save yourself the trouble and find business elsewhere. More
Their communication skills are very lacking. I have yet to have a full communication that my deal is been completed, even though I have sent down full payment and the contracts. Poor customer service, as soon as you buy the car don’t expect the same customer service you got from the salesman or anybody. Management will not call you back, employees talking bad about each other. Unp expect the same customer service you got from the salesman or anybody. My second was great within the first year but now has electrical issues. I try and call their customer service line over and over with no success. I email my salesman who still tried to sale me a new car every month but he won’t reply when I ask for help. All I have is a question yet they fail every time. More
I purchased a Chevrolet Colarado from Autosavy. It had been in a front-end collision. The areas that had to be painted did not match real well. My fault, I still bought it. I just test drove around It had been in a front-end collision. The areas that had to be painted did not match real well. My fault, I still bought it. I just test drove around the block, not enough to realize there were issues with it. Did not drive it much at first, but later when starting drive it more, there was a vibration coming from the front of the truck. I took it to a repair shop and they said they had to replace front differential. This was a friend of mine, so no I was not Lied to. This helped but the vibration was still there. Took it to a tire shop to check aliment and it was discovered that the frame was bent from the initial collision. I have bought several vehicles from Autosource when it was under the original owners and had no problems. But it is under new ownership and the quality is not there anymore. I will not do business there again. Good luck to those that do! Make sure to do your do diligence. More

They convinced us to pay more for the extended warranty that would cover all major repairs. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone or to get in for even minor repairs. When the glue job didn't hold and we had a major oil leak (at 15,000 miles) they would not fix it. We paid $3,000 to another mechanic to repair the problem. Our mechanic said that this was a con job and suggested we sue. When we tried to get Autosavvy to pay for the repairs, they refused. Not sure what we are paying for with the extended warranty. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS! More

Was in the middle of a truck purchase when they told me they couldn’t sell me the truck because someone had an appointment to see it. Was told that if they were just “tire kickers” that I could buy the tru they couldn’t sell me the truck because someone had an appointment to see it. Was told that if they were just “tire kickers” that I could buy the truck after they drove it. Then and only then was informed that the truck was a rebuilt title. This is AFTER I stopped the sale of another truck to buy this one. Wasted a whole day of my time because someone else wanted to look at the truck I was buying. Buyer beware….they are a garbage dealership filled with lies and bait and switch. More
NOT AN HONEST company. It has been one headache after another with this company. please learn from us and STAY AWAY FROM ANY AUTOSAVVY DEALERSHIPS. We knew we were getting a salvaged title. The muffler w another with this company. please learn from us and STAY AWAY FROM ANY AUTOSAVVY DEALERSHIPS. We knew we were getting a salvaged title. The muffler was rattling and needed to be adjusted. They said "no problem, take it to the Woods Cross location and they will fix it." It was in the shop for one whole week. No one at the Woods Cross location ever updated us on the progress, ever! I tried calling them to get updates but not once did anyone answer their phone. They told me their phones were not working. Really?! That's "steller" customer service. Turns out that when I finally went to pick up the car, my husband inspected their work and discovered that the muffler was placed too high and directly behind the plastic muffler. They asked us to bring it it again. Time = Money, I was not happy about rearrangIng my schedule for their incompetency. They also sold us a car without the safety check. Again, I had to arrange my schedule for their incompetence. They said to take it to any jiffy lube and they will charge it to their fleet number. Turns out Jiffy Lube does not do safety checks! Why am I doing all this leg work that they should have done in the first place? Again, because they are incompetent and do not care for you after you buy from them. We also discovered the night we bought our car the there was zero oil in the car. It would not even register on the dipstick. this is such a basic check point to have on a car. No oil? Really? And, we noticed one of the tires was unusally worn down for only having 4,000 miles on it. The other three tires are newer, why only one worn tire? Looks very suspicious. Had me questioning their honesty. We brought it to their attention and said that can't do anything about it. Had we told them about the tire before we bought it, they could have helped is. Wow! Talk about not taking care of your customer! They do not care for you once they have your money! I'm out money for tires because I did not notice it less than 24 hours when I bought the car? Bottom line: Customer service is less than poor, they need to fix their phones, incompetent at minor repairs jobs, and not the least Honest! More

When I told them I was in another city 2 hours away, they reaponded with "we only deal with serious customers that are ready to buy". Then when he realized his mistake. he tried to belittle me for buying a $5k car, lol. More
