Purchased a Ford Fusion with 63,000 miles 7 months ago, it is currently in the shop awaiting an inspector because the transmission needs to be replaced already. Tried to get a loaner from this dealership or to buy the car back but they said the only way I could possibly accomplish either of these would to purchase another one of their cars and carry over the now negative equity from the original vehicle over to it. Not a chance! I really wanted to believe that a salvaged title would be fine, especially because of the warranty but I have been proved wrong. Only reason its not 1 star is because the salesmen I worked with were fantastic and the purchasing experience was solid. Names listed below were the salesmen in question that prevented this from being a 1-star review. More
Extremely Disappointed, We signed a contract agreement with our auto savvy rep for the out the door pricing on a ford bronco $27,500 with $4k for my trade in total $23,500. Drove 45 miles home 45 miles ba with our auto savvy rep for the out the door pricing on a ford bronco $27,500 with $4k for my trade in total $23,500. Drove 45 miles home 45 miles back with the trade in and they tried to say it was only worth $1500...... After getting the run around on my trade in, I said forget about the trade in we will sell it on our own..... Well the cost of the ford bronco was now 3,500 more @ $31k instead of $27500. After wasting an entire Saturday and finally finding the car and deal we wanted they tried to SCAM us for more money then we agreed to... Horrible experience! Waste of time! There are numerous other car dealers around with integrity, please take my advice and go somewhere else. I will update if they make this right. More

Very disappointed! They had convinced me to drive down and start signing paperwork for a vehicle on Thursday night after a 20-minute phone call agreeing to a price. I s They had convinced me to drive down and start signing paperwork for a vehicle on Thursday night after a 20-minute phone call agreeing to a price. I started signing the documents and had to leave for a reservation with family at 7:30 P.M. The manager told me I could pick up the truck in the morning and finish signing. My bank approved the amount and I was going to pick up the truck I had done so much homework on. I was going to pick it up and finish signing around 11:30 a.m. on Friday, but they texted me at 11:15 A.M to say that the truck had sold within the one hour they were open. They stated none of the “State Paperwork” was signed. I had only signed the paperwork saying I wanted the truck and agreed to the price. Very unprofessional and time-consuming. They say they want to earn your business, but I don't feel that is accurate with the way they treat people. Be careful trying to buy from them, especially their sales manager Dimitri. I’m very disappointed. More

I don't live close to this dealership but was hoping to work out some pre-deal information before attempting to make a 400+ miles trip. I was treated like I was stupid and talked to in such a condescending tone by the salesman that answered my email, that I refuse to work with this dealership at all. I expected some sort of apology when I called the salesman out on his behavior, but instead, he ghosted the situation. Apparently, when you have this many locations, you don't have to worry about every customer because there will always be another right behind that one. It was sad too because they had such a good selection of vehicles, but when the selection of salesman is poor, all the cars in the world won't save you any. More

The worst! we decided to give them a second. I've tried for over a month to get my suv looked at since day 2 after I bought it and have never got the call backs we decided to give them a second. Well now the xxx wont start with the key, Starts with fob but with that it won't move! I now have a vehicle that is a yard ornament that was overpriced. More
The worst experience. Do. Not go to them! Long story short we bought I car from them and it was shipped to the Utah branch damaged. We were told they were super backed out Do. Not go to them! We were told they were super backed out so that we could take it to the Chevy shop to have the repairs done there and Chevy was amazing! Within days they got the quote for all the things that weren’t working. They couldn’t move forward without the okay of Autsavvy and it took almost a week to hear from any one. Once they got the green light they began the repairs. Auto savvy then came back saying they weren’t going to pay for the biggest expense and that it would fall on us when we clearly have it in writing that it was going to be covered. We have tried to escalate this to their manager and we have yet to hear back from them. We haven’t had our car in our possession since before Thanksgiving of 2022. They promise they will call you back and never do. And will push back on repairs that are supposed to be covered by them. More
