I drove 2 1/2 hours to look at the car. I was kept waiting 6 hours for them to do paperwork!! I was paying cash and did not have a trade in. It should have been done in an hour!! My husband had a business emergency come up so he left me there to finish up the deal. Salesmen we standing around looking at their phones and chatting with each other. Their was 1 or 2 customers there possibly buying cars. When I’d ask (which was several times) they say “ they are printing out the papers now”. They only finished up the paperwork when it was closing time (8pm). I felt they didn’t want me to buy the car since I didn’t take the $4000 warranty or had a trade in!! Will not use them again!! More

I never heard from the dealership at all. No call, no email, nothing whatsoever. Bummer No call, no email, nothing whatsoever. Bummer More
