They understand that I was purchasing the car from a different state and they gave me all the attention I needed. I will definitely be going back there to trade-in the same car I bought from them in few years. I highly recommend them. Good job Matthew. More

This experience has been nothing shy of difficult. After finding a car that wasn't completely crushed and shoddily repaired, I pulled the trigger on a 2023 Mazda CX-30 with 700 miles. The car itself h After finding a car that wasn't completely crushed and shoddily repaired, I pulled the trigger on a 2023 Mazda CX-30 with 700 miles. The car itself has no issues, but the dealership is full of shady people. The day of purchase I spent a few hours there and they made the paperwork process easy, a little too easy. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes with everything signed.... or so I thought. I got no copies of the paperwork and the sales people were in their cars and lights were off in the dealership before I even pulled out of the parking lot. This was 2 hours prior to their scheduled closing time. Fast forward a few months and I received calls and texts about re-signing paperwork that had to do with my trade. I felt no obligation to do so because I still didn't have my title even after paying for the vehicle in full at the point of sale. I was texted and called three times a day for over a week about this paperwork. I was then told they would go the legal route if I didn't sign what they needed. After talking with an extremely rude manager that would not let me speak, I hung up on him and let it simmer for a few days. The threatening texts and non-stop phone calls continued. Reluctantly, I signed the papers and sent them back. I received my title about a week later and then came the issue of registering it. Having purchased this car as an out of state resident, the entire deal was written up using Indiana's tax incentives. So, when I arrived at the BMV a $1,026 tax bill greeted me. The entire deal was manipulated and structured around "tax incentives" and savings that the salesperson insisted I would get. Essentially I was ghosted by these clowns and they said it is my problem. My recommendation: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. IT IS NOT WORTH THE MINIMAL SAVINGS YOU WILL RECEIVE ON A POORLY REBUILT VEHICLE. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND SCREW YOU AT EVERY TURN. More
Took the dealership a couple days to respond. Saw a car I liked and was ready to make the drive and purchase. Got some canned info after providing all requested info and pics of my trade, and no Saw a car I liked and was ready to make the drive and purchase.
