Auto savvy at FT WORTH were awesome, Jay was amazing, and he’s great at his job, me personally as a customer, he needs a raise and he needs to be GM of the company. I trade in my 2018 Nissan Maxima that I got from Autosavvy in Duncanville, it gave me problems from the time I drove it on the highway going home 2 years ago until this day and the crew from 2 years ago didn’t care they just wanted a sell so I never trusted them anymore. I’m so glad Jay answered the phone when I called looking to trade in my car, he assured me that I would be driving off the lot. I called him Monday, I knew which car I wanted, went in on Saturday to test drive the car, fell in love and within 4 hours later I drove off the lot with a new car 2021 Dodge Charger. I’m glad that JAY and Autosavvy FT WORTH did what they could to get me into a new car and they took really good care of me. Jay made sure that everything was laid out on front street, about the car (any particular car that I asked to see), I drove off the lot happy as can be. Ms. Ashley was a sweetheart and she’s amazing in the finance department. So I 1000% recommend you go to auto savvy in FT WORTH and ask for Jay. He took care of me and He did an magnificent job, he told me that I was going to drive off the lot with something I like and could afford, and did just that. THANK YOU AUTOSAVVY FT WORTH!!!!!!!!!!! My eyes first caught the appearance of the dealership! It was beautiful but to put the icing on the cake, the service was definitely a high quality experience! It was beautiful but to put the icing on the cake, the service was definitely a high quality experience! More
Buyer beware, the 2014 truck I went to buy in Aug 2024 had 122,000 miles on the odometer, but the carfax report said the miles was 159,000 in June 2019 thats a 40,000 mile difference. They had to roll the had 122,000 miles on the odometer, but the carfax report said the miles was 159,000 in June 2019 thats a 40,000 mile difference. They had to roll the miles back because its 2024. I ask the manager about the difference and he said some one had fat fingers when they inputted the miles and laughed it off. On top of that they charge me $200 to plant Trees and $800 for a theft recovery system called Apex without me knowing. That was $1000 charge that i was unaware of and the saleman said he couldn't remove the charges because everyone pays it and refused to take it off my bill. I demanded to speak to the manager and he said we charge everyone so if the vehicle is loss we can find it fast, (loss meaning repoed) if you asked me. I told them i was paying cash so i wouldn't be needing that service so if he cant remove it then deactivate the device. He said no. When I said to cancel my deal he took the tree planting off and charge me $299 for his cost to put the tracker on the truck. On my way home the salesman called saying we figured out why the mileage was different and told me the mileage was put in to the system in Kilometers and not miles..I laughed and said we dont used kilometers in the United States and he said the do in Mexico. I told him the carfax didnt say the truck had been out of the country and told to stop calling me lying..its something rotten in Denmark at Auto Savvy Fort Worth if you ask me. Please be sure to read your charges because if you dont you will be planting trees to save the environment and you will be helping the Repo man find the car when you miss a payment.. More

Drove it little so when it pulled to the right, I figured it needed an alignment. 12/26-12/30: It was taken to Firestone for alignment and they pointed out the wheel was not centered in the wheel well. Walked me under the car and showed the frame was hit and shifted the control arm and therefore knuckle back 1-2 inches. Yet alone from the wheels not being properly bored for this car and causing other vibrations, but the front portion of the frame, not the sub-frame but the actual unibody, had a cracked and severed weld from whatever the impact was. 1/2-1/3: Upon notifying the dealer they said to bring it and they would verify the damages. 1/4: Took vehicle in and they lifted it up and had their ‘master mechanic’, who couldn’t find anything, go over the car. Eventually they came and asked me, ‘would you come and show us what were not seeing’ in a demeaning tone and so I walked out to the shop and gladly showed them where the cracked frame was and the shifted control arm. Not 5 minutes later, all 3 of the guys in the shop walked in, past me, and off to the managers office and huddled around him and talked for roughly 5 more minutes. And when 2 of them came back to talk to me it was stated that ‘they looked at the vehicle before and that damage wasn’t there’….yet I had to show them where the damage even was to begin with. And then ‘we will waive the fee for checking out the vehicle’…why how nice of y’all thinking this is going to go away so easily! Arbitration has been called for with NO reply from a single manager and a lawyer has been contacted. If we hadve wrecked the car, they’re both full coverage insurance and GAP on this vehicle. We could easily wash our hands of it and be done without raising a concern. It the fact is that we didn’t cause this damage nor do we care who did. We just want to be done right by the people who sold it to us. This was a clean title trade with clean title value sold with frame damage. Now a $20k loan on a frame damaged car that no body shop will repairs due to broken welds and the earlier time to get it into a shop is 1-2 months out. Can’t drive it nor do I want to at this point. Wonderful experience. I first went to their website, saw the car I wanted and sent in an email request, considering it was several hours before they opened. Got a call f I first went to their website, saw the car I wanted and sent in an email request, considering it was several hours before they opened. Got a call from Diego the minute they opened. When we got to the dealership we were greeted by the receptionist at the front desk who had a warm friendly personality! Met with Diego and he had 2 cars ready for us to look at. Diego was wonderful and worked well with my son on his first car purchase! If we didn't have to move out of state immediately we would be buying again. I will be referring all my Texan friends and family to this dealership! More
I met with a gentleman named Mr. Ollman (Cameron) and he was very nice and did not pressure me at all and was as helpful as possible. I had already looked on their web page and sele Ollman (Cameron) and he was very nice and did not pressure me at all and was as helpful as possible. I had already looked on their web page and selected a vehicle that I wanted to see. He was kind enough to get another two cars on his lot pulled out to let me look at. I test drove two cars in total. What I did notice was that the dealer does not prep the car like (Carmax, Carvana or other dealers who sell used cars). All were dirty and some more than others. And I mean very dirty. It is an easy fix ad would increase my confidence (and others) in purchasing these cars. A relatively simple thing to do should help to sell the cars. The insides were quite dirty too. Besides that issue, I did enjoy my visit there. More
Nice autos on the lot however a waste time personally with the test drive. Dealer told me a couple of times that they had the car ready for me to test drive. When I got there they pulled up a different c with the test drive. Dealer told me a couple of times that they had the car ready for me to test drive. When I got there they pulled up a different car to drive and told me that the car that I was there for wasn't on the lot at the time. I drove over 40 miles one way for the test drive that particular car. Waste of time! More
