I had a VERY FAVORIBLE experience purchasing my 2019 Honda Odyssey from AutoSavvy, and felt that the salesperson, Christian Sparks, was VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE, and HELPFUL! I found the vehicle Honda Odyssey from AutoSavvy, and felt that the salesperson, Christian Sparks, was VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE, and HELPFUL! I found the vehicle we were interested in on-line through ANOTHER website, which lead me to AutoSavvy's, but had NOT fully explored them so didn't know that they sell vehicles with a "Branded Title", but before going on a test ride, Christian made SURE that I knew about this, and that I was comfortable with purchasing the vehicle without it having a "clean title". The entire process went VERY SMOOTHLY and at NO TIME did I feel pressured, as is the USUAL CASE at most dealerships. Also, the finance person, Megan, was careful to explain everything as we executed the paperwork. Since I was the only driver (my wife is recovering from foot surgery) at the time of the purchase, my son brought me back later that evening to pick up the car ... and I brought some homemade brownies for Christian and Megan. I learned a lot about the make and model that I was seeking from David Bailey. He is an excellent salesman. I live more than two thousand miles away! He followed up for an extended period trying to help me find just the right vehicle. Although I ended up purchasing at an East Coast dealership in the city where I work, I made a better informed purchase thanks to David Bailey. More

Customer service needs to follow through on repairs immediately Or at least set up an appointment There is no communication unless you call them and if you do get a call From customer service they te immediately Or at least set up an appointment There is no communication unless you call them and if you do get a call From customer service they tell you who to call for your service appointment and then she asked for me to call her back to let her know my service was scheduled however, neither person will call you back the guy doing the service to your car or the customer service lady. I’m sorry to report this information because the sales department is quite different. More
