DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! My wife and I stopped by this dealership because she saw a minivan that she liked. When we got there we didn't see the vehicle on the lot. We went in My wife and I stopped by this dealership because she saw a minivan that she liked. When we got there we didn't see the vehicle on the lot. We went in & spoke with sales rep Bill and found out that the minivan was being repaired due to a dent in the back door. Bill introduced us to his manager Kenny who just so happened to be our neighbor from across the street. We told them that we wanted the van but Iwanted to look at it first & we told them that our trade was our deposit. He PROMISED us that he would drop it off in week when it was finished being repaired. Well a week ended up being close to 3 weeks. Kenny called me & said the minute it arrived in the lot. The wierd thing is he immediately asked if we wanted a Dodge Journey instead of the van. I said NO the van is want we wanted & that he should bring the van over to our house on Saturday as promised. In addition he should contact my wife to set up the showing. He never showed up & never called my wife as PROMISED. I had told him if needed to buy the van we were able to get an excellent co-signer. Both my wife & l continued to call the dealership trying to get Kenny to drop off the van so we could check it out. We were promised by both Bill our sales rep & the receptionist but of course he never returned our calls. I eventually called & spoke with Kenny & was given the b#ll$*it excuse that he was just to busy to bring it down for us to look at. If that's the case don't be RUDE & leave us hanging. Call us & tell us what's up so that we can drive down to look at it. Instead what they did is sell the van to someone else who put a deposit on it, even we put a deposit on it with our van. In addition, they increased the price on the van by $1000 & sold it for more to the other people. As far as I'm concerned they pulled a bait & switch by baiting us with an offer & switching the price. Kenny promised to get us another vehicle and call us when it came in but of course that never happened. I called him again & asked to talk to the owner it's been several weeks now & still no returned phone call from the owner. As I stated in my title "DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP" because Kenny & Bill are nothing but a bunch of dishonest liars. The owner doesn't care about his customers seeing as he doesn't know how to pick up phone & call a potential customer with an issue. More
