It was heavy in Covid times, right when dealerships could sell cars again, when I bought the car, so the experience was not the greatest. This was unavoidable. My biggest complaint revolves around what the sell cars again, when I bought the car, so the experience was not the greatest. This was unavoidable. My biggest complaint revolves around what the website states and what actually happened. The website claims to give a 6000 mile warranty for all of their used cars. I even called and spoke with the finance manager asking if said vehicle had a warranty in which case all he tried to do was upsell to me the remainder of the factory warranty at not very cost effective prices. Not once did he mention the offered warranty their website advertises and then as I purchased the car made it a point to include 'As is' on the paperwork. Of course, when I got home and plugged it into the my OGB 2 scanner, there has been active codes that were erased by dealership before this dealership took possession. Granted, after doing research the codes were related to a dead battery, and since fully clearing them out they have not come back. The car is great otherwise, it's exactly what I wanted, fuel efficient, manual transmission, very low miles, ability to upgrade system to Android Auto/Apple Car Play. It is the smallest, cheapest car I've owned and that is quite noticeable on the highways be it that the car bobbles in the lane, gets blown about by the wind, and transfers most of the road noise into the cabin. This is the first car I've owned without heated seats, a sunroof, and upgraded audio and headlights, but all in all, it's decent for what I pain. It technically is a rebadged Mazda 2 sedan, so it does have that build quality and fun factor. It's not completely devoid of technology, navigation, smart city autonomous braking, push button start, rear view camera, hd radio (no satellite though), power mirrors, locks, windows. All in all for a car with 13 k miles, a 4.5 rating from JD Power Associates for value and reliability, over 40 miles per gallon (and I rev it up due to only having 106 horsepower) I can't complain. Plus the 6 speaker system which I'm currently upgrading to Android Auto is even sweeter. Norberto my salesman was good, but even he did not really get engaged when I questioned the dealership about the warranty. Once I signed on the dotted line they could really not be bothered anymore. My advice to any potential shoppers is to make sure you get everything in writing you ought to have, including making sure they offer the standard warranty which they state is included on all of their used vehicles. More
