I purchased a used 2007 Subaru from KEIM end of August of this summer and I love the car! The customer service was decent and the people were all very friendly, helpful and explanatory with the financial asp this summer and I love the car! However I do feel the sales people were extremely pushy with the extended warranty when I told them I didn’t want it and gave them what was my comfortable payment. Additionally I felt pushed to take my car home before a pre existing problem was resolved. The mechanic(s) were great, extremely patient considering the problem and the sour attitude from me. It took about 3 weeks but it did get the problem fixed despite inconveniences for me and now appears to be fine and running perfectly. But, I would have to say I would not feel good recommending them only because I feel they sold a car to me before it was ready to go on the lot. I know a dealership needs to make a profit on a car but at the same time don’t skimp on quality prior to the sale. More

I believe that she was attentive and honest. The mileage was low, but it was an older vehicle than what I originally had intended to buy. Two months later, though, I am very pleased with my purchase (it is running really well).
