I bought my first car from them. I had run into some problems with other dealerships treating me like a dumb new kid trying to buy a car and then have them push me to buy something I didn't want. Keim was never too pushy and never twisted my arm into anything. They were very patient and kind -- on the day I purchased my car they even offered me lunch! The only problem I ran into was that the interior of the car I purchased was not very clean, but it was nothing a little soapy water couldn't handle. Overall, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone searching for a car. Their prices are fair and they do work hard to get your payments to where you want them to be. Great experience. More

I had to purchase a new vehicle due to mechanical issues with my car. The Keim team was able to accomadate my time frame due to my travle time to and from my office in Harrisburg. There was one slight issue that the splash guard and plastic engine cover were not put back on the vehicle prior to me pulling off the lot and Eric Riley had the service team pull the car back into the garage and place them back on the car. I had an exact model and type of car in mind when I was shopping for this car. I looked at several local dealerships in the lancaster area and found that Keim was hands down the lowest priced option in al shopping for this car. I used Edmunds.com in my price comparisons, and they were extrememly price competetitive. The people I had dealt with were consistantly very nice and helpful as well. After coming back to this site, I wish I had looked more in depth at the negative reviews. Maybe we could have avoided this situation altogether - it seems like this dealer has a reputation for selling cars in depth at the negative reviews. We went in knowing which car we wanted, the website stated it was already repaired and inspected. The sales rep didn't even know which car we were there to see, and when the car was brought around to test drive it was rattling. He assured us that it was in the process of being inspected and repaired - that should've been our first hint to just walk away. My husband has been dreaming of the car since I've known him, so we tested it; it drove perfectly. We signed all the papers, which was the ONLY easy part of this dealerships process. We were told the car would be ready Monday. Monday comes around, the sales rep doesn't call, and we're sitting around all day waiting. My husband calls several times, each time being reassured they would call back (which they never do). Car pickup is pushed to Tuesday. The communication between sales reps and their garage is terrible - and it's not even a huge dealership. We pick up the car on Tuesday. There was almost ANOTHER miscommunication issue, but thankfully one guy was able to remember what he was doing in there. It's Thursday and when coming home from work this morning, the check engine light comes on. Here's where I'm really with Megan - we'd rather figure is out and pay for it ourselves then bother going back there. This is our first real car loan, we're a young family and we just needed something a bit newer and more reliable than what we were driving. The sales rep made it a point to talk about how they're a small family dealership, and how he "understood" what it was like to be starting out. What a jerkwad. More

Keim Pre-Owned was great to us. Everyone always dreads the pushy sales person at car dealerships. Eric was nothing of the sort. At no point did we feel like we were being pressured to buy the vehicle. They know their prices are awesome so they don't have to hound you to buy. It was definitely the top car buying experience I've ever had. More

I would have to say it took a little longer then I think it should have but I didn't leave empty handed. I did leave with a 2004 chevy avalanche witch I drive about 20 miles a month. thanks to Kenny Orozco it should have but I didn't leave empty handed.
