They are severely under staffed and basic services take days. The staff is friendly but they are having to deal with very unhappy customers because of the understaffing. The actual work is above average but my first quote on service time was 5 days for basic maintenance as per my paid contract. I rebooked my appointment for a Saturday so I could get my car back the same day. It's a shame because that effects most customers and reflects the front desk team in a way they can't control. More
