I was not treated with disrespect by Dennis, the service person who worked with me. Dennis was condescending and did not listen to me when I told him what was wrong with my car. He made promises but follow person who worked with me. Dennis was condescending and did not listen to me when I told him what was wrong with my car. He made promises but follow through with these promises. Dennis's manager, Jim, told me that I should have written these issues down for Dennis, but I believe it is Dennis's job to listen to the customer and write these things down. The manager also did not address my issue and suggested that I use another service person next time because Dennis and I did not 'Hit it off'. In addition, Dennis sent me away with the wrong information about getting a rebate on my tires. I am a long-time customer at Autonation Volvo and am very disappointed with how I was treated. More

Had an incredibly easy and relaxed experience getting my XC90 serviced with Dennis McMaster. Dropping the car off was quick and they had me going on my way in a rental car within 15 minutes. Do not purchase a car from this dealership. I purchased a car in April of this year I have still not received the registration and license plates for that car, it is now October, I have called the dealership car in April of this year I have still not received the registration and license plates for that car, it is now October, I have called the dealership repeatedly to be told multiple times just be patient the DMV is running behind. I finally went to the DMV at the end of September to be told that they have not received any paperwork from the dealership at all. Therefore, they cannot issue registration or license plates. I have called the dealership multiple times since then, the finance department does not have the decency or courtesy to return a phone call. Some 10 days later I still do not have any answer as to why the paperwork has not been processed. Update; 2 days after finally speaking to someone at the dealership, they have admitted not sending the paperwork to the DMV since April and despite me going to the dealership 4 times over the last 3 months nobody followed through on my concerns and never even checked on the issue. I was just given lipservice. Just be aware that's how this dealership works! Buyer Beware! More

Had our worst experience with their service department. Hard to believe they view their cars as “luxury”. Had a basic appointment for an oil change - took almost 24 hours to get a one hour oil change co Hard to believe they view their cars as “luxury”.
