Good Volvo service here. Older XC70 Shifter locked up but no appointments available for a couple days. Meantime Covid hit our house. Service advisor, Jamie Hinds, worked with Older XC70 Shifter locked up but no appointments available for a couple days. Meantime Covid hit our house. Service advisor, Jamie Hinds, worked with me so AAA could deliver car to the Service shop, she worked it into their schedule. Besides the shifter there were a few other concerns and an SRS recall needing repair and possible special parts. Jamie Hinds was really helpful and over several phone calls we were able to identify which items were critical and which might be handled at a later time. She called several times to keep me updated on the work and after a few item and costs adjustments and couple more days the car was ready for pick-up. It worked well in my schedule.Dealer customer service and repairs are good as always in spite of the "normally" high dealer costs. More
I have worked with Jamie Hinds for more than 10 years on the same Volvo. She is the ultimate professional. She tells you frankly and fairly what your car needs, prioritizes safety and provides options. If y the same Volvo. She is the ultimate professional. But she never tries to oversell. We feel in such good hands with her. All other aspects of the appointment - setup, email reminders, clean car at pickup:) - were great too. More

My Volvo was recalled for airbag replacement, the appointment was 6 weeks out and supposed to take 1 hour. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours. In that 2 hours I entertained myself with a game on appointment was 6 weeks out and supposed to take 1 hour. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours. In that 2 hours I entertained myself with a game on my iPad, and looked at the new Volvo's - peered in the windows and admired them. My husband has been wanting to buy me a new Volvo, but not 1 salesperson approached me to ask if I had questions or if they could help me in any way. Not 1 person had eye contact with me and I wasn't going to beg. I had 2 hours of total silence. It was like sitting in a morgue. There was no personality or friendliness in the entire place. The service person was polite, but not terribly friendly - she was just doing her job. I cannot say what the quality of work was - I cannot tell if there is a new air bag or not. As far as sanitizing my vehicle - my guess is they didn't do anything because there was no fragrance or any indication that it had been sanitized . The sales department did not want to talk to me, so I have no idea about pricing. More
At purchasing at the end of the lease they pocketed twice the purchase fee + taxes, some $400.
