My dealer, Mr. Shin, helped me to find the right car for me. For the entire process - from contacting the dealership to bring the car out the door, I saw no issues. I want to say that I received excellent service from AutoNation Volvo. From the first phone call when Sang helped me with letting me know what might be wrong and letting me know what will happen when I AutoNation Volvo. When I did bring in the car I received quick and efficient service when checking the car in. Sang actually called with the estimate before I got home. Sang,the gal that was helping him, and one of the gals at the desk when I first came in to pick it up, then Sang came in and finished it up. He then walked me to my car and put my walker in the trunk for me! He was very helpful!
