In early 2022 when other dealers were charging $5K-$7K over MSRP, AutoNation San Jose Volvo charged only the normal price. While waiting to pick up our new car, we were browsing looking at other cars on the lot, salesperson Bui (who already knew that Sami was our salesperson) helpfully answered our general questions about other models. After drop off for safety belt recall service on Monday 10am, was told it will take until evening or Tuesday morning for the car to be picked up. I called 3 times between Tuesday morning Wednesday mornin 10am, was told it will take until evening or Tuesday morning for the car to be picked up.
