I made an appointment to take my XC40 for a factory recall. The appointment was made on April 14, 2022, for a service date of May 31, 2022, at 7:40 am. I live in Santa Cruz, so I had to leave my hous recall. The appointment was made on April 14, 2022, for a service date of May 31, 2022, at 7:40 am. I live in Santa Cruz, so I had to leave my house at 6:30 p.m. to get there in time for my "appointment". When I arrived at the dealership, the service advisor (don't know his name, he never introduced himself) told me that they didn't have the parts for the recall (the appointment was made six (6) weeks prior), only two service technicians were working that day, and there were approximately 20 people ahead of me. I left the dealership. I sent an email to them explaining my experience and asked them to contact me. I've not heard anything. At first, I thought my experience might be an anomaly, but after reading all of the 1-star reviews (and there are a lot of them!), I suppose it's not. I scheduled another appointment for June 30, but after reading everyone else's reviews, there's no way I'm taking my car there. This place is horrible! More

Jamie was super helpful and kept me informed of my service. The waiting area was comfortable with snacks and coffee. I was able to get my work done while I waited for my 3 year prepaid service. I had previously gotten my windshield replaced there. It took a bit due to pandemic supply chain issues but so glad I had it replaced at my trusted dealership rather than the insurance plan. Well worth the extra deductible. More
