I had a conflict with the scheduled appointment for service at AutoNation Volvo Cars San Jose. I called them to see if I could drop of the car the night before, and the answer was yes. I drove the service at AutoNation Volvo Cars San Jose. I called them to see if I could drop of the car the night before, and the answer was yes. I drove the the location and found my service advisor was in, so he completed the check inspection and paperwork, I turned over the key and went home. Simple. When the service was completed the following day, the service advisor sent a text message and also called to make sure I knew the car was ready for pickup. I went down to pick up my car and discovered the service advisor could complete the financial transaction, and called for the car. No waiting for a cashier. The car was brought around clean, and only needed the seat and mirrors adjusted before I could drive away. I really nice experience all the way around. More

She immediately told me they could help me, told me they had new cars coming in a few weeks and told me I could reserve what I was looking for over the phone. She was so helpful and kind and made the flight and extra expense buying a car eight hours away so worthwhile. Customer service means something to me. I am so grateful and appreciative of her help and communication. Diego on the sales team greeted us when we arrived and took the time to familiarize us with our car. Truc in financing took us efficiently through the process. We had an amazing experience and I’m so glad we purchased from Autonation Volvo in San José. Worth the extra expense and time to travel there to pick up my car which I LOVE. More
