Mi asesora fue una excelente profesional, atenta amable , amigable, confiable ….. pero lo que no me gustó y pésima experiencia, y se me hace extraño de un dealer como Volvo haga defraudar la confianza de mi amigable, confiable ….. pero lo que no me gustó y pésima experiencia, y se me hace extraño de un dealer como Volvo haga defraudar la confianza de mi como cliente, ya se había hecho una negociación con un precio y después de estar más de 3 horas gestionando documentación… llega uno de los jefes con un documento cambiando el precio inicial !!!! Que desastre !!!! Decepción!!! Eso es una falta de respeto y no profesional, me sentí ofendido, no se si el motivo era porque el auto era de segunda y menos de 13k usd y no me valoraron como cliente , estoy seguro que si fuera un cliente de gama alta no hacen nada esto…subir más de 1.000 usd a ultimo momento ….que decepción este dealer, pero la persona que me atendió fue muy excelente no fue culpa de ella , ella me ofreció disculpa … soy un cliente independiente mi condición migratoria o apariencia, ya que el jefe nunca dio la cara o una explicación… simplemente envío un empleado con el papel de cambio de precio. Insisto si fuera un cliente de mejor posición económica no hubieran cambiado el precio y se hubiera tomado la molestia de dar la cara y explicar si hubo un error. More
