Patrick Ryan gave us two test drives on the cars I was interested in. We spent 1.5 hour on negotiating the price. Patrick offered 1k off the sticker price. We said we need to think about it and call later. We decided to take that offer half an hour later. When we called back, Patrick then backtracked and saying it's still the sticker price and he never agree to offer 1k lower. I said I would not accept it unless he lower the price. He then asked how much carmax's trade in offer to my old car and I told him it's 4.5K. He said, fine I will give you 1k off if you trade in your car to us for 3K =_=b Come on, 3rd grad can do better math than you. More

Initially made an offer on a Volvo XC60 only to be told by 'Rolando' that the car had been sold. When looking at their website the following week I noted that the car was still listed for sale. We contacted Luis and Ghaleb..... (Unfortunately, I cannot give my recommendations to any member of their staff) and was told that it was still available and moved forward with an offer to Luis. Despite having made an offer, having it countered and then accepting a counter offer 'our' car was sold by another rep. while the sales agent I was dealing with was off.... Not sure how cars in active sales process can be sold to someone else. Regardless very disappointing. Also, was told that there would be 'No Problem' with a long distance sale which was completely untrue! More

Started looking for a new Jaguar but heard about the new S60 and found that it was a great car for the money! I got set up with Bob Mizra via the Costco program and was very impressed with his knowledge and S60 and found that it was a great car for the money! I got set up with Bob Mizra via the Costco program and was very impressed with his knowledge and courtesy. I think he's been around 13 years or longer. The buying process was easy and fairly quick. I love car and will likely look at Volvo the next time around. The facility is located right off the 5 freeway and the showroom seemed to be in good shape. More
I brought 2011 Buick from this dealer. Before the sale, they told me everything was perfect and all carefully checked. And I trusted them. At last, they handed me the door key, but no remote key, saying the car not coming with the remote. I later visited them again with their Ads indicating features of keyless entry, remote door lock, and remote trunk release. To my surprise, they said the car has those features, but they don't need to provide the remote key. What kind of logic! How can I use those features without the remote? Yes, I can buy one myself. Then they can use such logic to any part missing. Even if wheels, tires, or the engine is missing, the customer can buy themselves. More problems came. Only after a couple of times drives, I found missing many plastic nuggets on the top when open the front trunk, front door panel is loosing (parts broken, I already visited Buick dealer two times). Those are just on the the surface and easy to find. I don't know how many other issues remains. I gave them weeks to solve those issues and be nice and patient. Today they made me so upset and decided to write the review here. Their used car sales manager was so rude. He contacted me earlier, but we could not reach each other. Today, I was early in the Buick dealer next door fixing this car. I stopped by his office, first time talked to him. He was much worse than the sales guy. He didnt even let me finish my 1-2 minutes description of the issue. And said the car was all good when they sold me. Even complained back to me why I contacted them multiple times. I have no rights even to report issues? I contacted them all because I found issues and they wanted me go there to show them. The sales guy told me to show him the Ads saying remote features before they could buy me one. After I showed him the Ads, he said the sales manager would contact me. That led my today's visit. What is my comments on this dealer? (1) does not care their customers. (2) does not know features of the car they sale. (3) does not do a professional job of inspection. Was at the dealership for a "check engine light" that came on 3 weeks after a service. They wanted to charge me $150 just to see why the light was on after I was just there. An independent mechanic just came on 3 weeks after a service. They wanted to charge me $150 just to see why the light was on after I was just there. An independent mechanic just across the street was willing to look at it for $45. I asked the service advisor if they could honor the price and she said no. Not I'll check with my manager, or let me see what I can do the answer was no. I will never go back there again for sales or service. More

Courtesy is very important to us. Our representative went out of her way to be helpful. We felt confident that our auto would receive excellent care. Pricing was average for a dealership, our car was delivered sparkling clean and most of our concerns were dealt with. I say most because a "key" to the wheels has been lost (not Irvine dealership fault) and the tire rotation could not be addressed. It is too bad they are located so far from our home. We love our Volvo and the care it received! Will return to Irvine Power Volvo. More
They have tried to "sell" me service work that I did not need. they claimed my 5 year old Volvo needed a new radiator at $1,000. It did not. It's funny that my garage floor has no sign of any leak. More
