My overall experience with this location was amazing. My service advisor Farah was awesome. She was polite, knowledgeable, and prompt. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better agent. I was starting to wonder if every place was full of a bunch of chads talking about fantasy league. That I have to interrupt to get any kind of service. The last couple of experiences with vw dealerships I’ve had. Have been miserable. It would seem to be they have forget manners or basic human interaction. The service in itself here was fast. The cost was responsibly priced for the area. It also was nice not feeling pressured that I needed X,Y, and Z done on my car before leaving. All in All I will be coming back. And will always recommend this place to friends and family. More
