Olivia Allen is the BEST car salesperson we have ever encountered in our 20+ years of buying cars. Her knowledge of cars and her professionalism are quite remarkable given her years of experience. Olivia helped us find an even better deal than we originally came in for. She went far above and beyond what was expected and we will be personally recommending her to anyone we know looking for a vehicle. She deserves all the raises and awards! Special mention to Joey for allowing us to test drive his own personal vehicle when they didn’t have any on the lot to test drive. He didn’t have to do that, but his efforts to help Olivia (and us) deserve an honorable mention. The team at VW Spokane (auto nation) is superior and you can tell they have a good working environment and excellent interpersonal relationships. Whatever formula you have at VW Spokane is working like a well oiled machine. Please don’t change. We absolutely love our ID.4, the only complaint is that we wish there were more cup holders. More
