Our experience was actually one of the best we've had purchasing a car. We never felt pressured at all, and the sales rep, Kirk, was awesome answering all our questions and finalizing the sale price. It took a little longer than we expected, but that was not the dealership's fault. Some very "meticulous" customers got in front of us at financing and bogged everyone down. Management was very apologetic and went above and beyond to compensate us for our extra time. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody considering a VW in the coastal empire or lowcountry. More
