Very unfriendly environment. Every time I come there with my car my wait time is 4 hours. When I got my oil changed at Chatham Parkway Toyota I was told that I had a front cove Every time I come there with my car my wait time is 4 hours. When I got my oil changed at Chatham Parkway Toyota I was told that I had a front cover leak and I had to bring it to Volkswagen. Volkswagen fixed a leak on my vehicle before and it look as if it was the same part was leaking. They checked it and told me I had no leaks. I continued to drive my car and I smelled oil call back and they still stuck to they word saying I did not have a leak . I honestly think they didn’t look at my vehicle they only pop the hood. In June I paid a little over 900.00 for a leak and to replace the part that was leaking. If my car get worse I’m going to be really upset. More

Despite the car being at the dealership all day, error message and check engine light came back on after a few days. Dealership does not provide a loaner at this time, every day I can’t use my car it cost message and check engine light came back on after a few days. I tried calling service department numerous times to let them know I needed to bring my car in. (Battery died and I got a jump start from AAA.) Arrived unannounced about 2 pm.
