After reading the reply from Auto Nation I tried to follow up with the general manager with no success. The number provided is the standard number used to call the dealership (press 1 for part, 2 for sales). The directory will forward you to a holding pattern that never gets answered. Responding to a genuine complaint with an automated reply (or at least pre-formatted) is all you will get from this dealership.
