Took my car for oil change and engine air flter replacement they put too much oil and broke a piece of plastic that will need to be order and replaced. it took a long time. this is the 2nd time I have issues with service.. Also Technician Marked Checked and OK CV boots/joints when in reality needs to be fixed. I will not come back. Jeffrey Lopez sevice Consultant and Kalista Cholka K Techniciank. Date of Service 09/20/2023 at Auto Nation Volks Wagon Las Vegas NV on Sahara. Unable to send reviw reason why used this space to contact someone that might care.

I did an appointment on Tuesday the 29 for Wednesday and the customer service rep.told me that there was nothing available but we have at 10.30 on Thursday anyway I ended up waiting over 6 hours More
