Should’ve known better when I tried to sell my VW here almost 2 years ago and they put a bad taste in my mouth. But NO here I was anxious to have a VW again and thinking it would be best to purchase from almost 2 years ago and they put a bad taste in my mouth. But NO here I was anxious to have a VW again and thinking it would be best to purchase from a VW dealer. Needless to say I can’t make this up. I’m big on customer service experiences as a whole not just one aspect. It’s the follow through for me. Maybe it’s the fact the finance manager didn’t shake my hand after having me commit to something for the next 5 years of my life. Or maybe it’s the fact that I will most likely have to purchase a second key because the friend of the salesman that sold the car to this facility can’t find it. But the icing on the cake was when I turned on my car 6 days after purchase and the check engine light has come on. xxx?!? New or used this shouldn’t be the case. Car buying is one of the world’s biggest schemes and scams and it’s sad because in most cases it’s a necessity. There’s no compassion or consideration for the inconvenience they’ve caused nor do I think these places truly care about integrity. It’s all a numbers game More

Very dishonest with pricing. I had everything done by another body shop that was recommended by AutoNation Volkswagen for ALMOST half the price. example wanted to charge me $75 I had everything done by another body shop that was recommended by AutoNation Volkswagen for ALMOST half the price. example wanted to charge me $75 to replace air filter. The other body Shop did it for $18 NO LABOR. Very dishonest pricing. I would have over paid by more then $1000.00 if I had AutoNation VW do the work. They also reported there "recommendations" to CarFacts when it was only a recommendation. More
