We purchased the vehicle from another state and had the typical concerns with shipping, paperwork, etc. VW Las Vegas was 100% professional from start to finish, making the entire experience very easy. I would highly recommend anyone considering a VW or even a used car to consider this store. Top notch team. Thank you!!! More
This is a follow up review to a previous service issue I had with another dealership regarding the maintenance service package I purchased from Autonation with my vehicle. Due to the package expiring Findl had with another dealership regarding the maintenance service package I purchased from Autonation with my vehicle. Due to the package expiring Findlay Volkswagen would not honor my 30,000 mile maintenance and wanted me to pay out of pocket. I posted a review about Autonation as I felt I had been lied to about the details of my package. I was contacted by the General Manager who explained the miscommunication between myself and the finance manager and had me scheduled for service with Autonation the same week. My service was completely covered and the customer service I received from the service department was exceptional! I am very pleased with Autonation as they have definitely proved to me they care about their customers. I will continue to do business with Autonation as they have definitely proven themselves as not being another dishonest dealership who is only out for their own personal gain. More
There were several issues with this service visit. I had to bring my Tiguan in to repair an oil leak due to your service technicians lack of attention to detail on my previous visit. I brought my Tiguan to bring my Tiguan in to repair an oil leak due to your service technicians lack of attention to detail on my previous visit. I brought my Tiguan in for its regular maintenance. After returning home I began to notice a few drops of oil coming from the under carriage. I brought the car in to have this problem looked at. As I suspected the issue was the oils drain plug. After being told the vehicle was ready I came back to pick up the vehicle. 1) the paper work was not ready. Initially staff could not find the paper work. Once they did, it was incomplete. No story or actions taken was listed on the paperwork. 2) incomplete work done, I purchased the oil additive for added engine protection on my last oil change. After reading the the story I discovered the the oil had been changed to replace the drain plug. When I had asked about the additive, they had forgotten about it. 3) the car was returned to me un washed 4) while I was standing at the counter my service representative and another Auto Nation employee began talking about the behavior of of a previous customer in a negative manner. This service experience left much to be desired. It shows that your company does not value your customers time and monetary investment. Moreover, you don't value your customers, to hear your representatives speak so poorly of your customers in front of other customers summarizes Auto Nation's core values. More
If I can give them a zero star rating I would. There is nothing but liars and thieves at Volkswagen on Sahara. My check engine light came on before my registration was due of course. So I took my car in to nothing but liars and thieves at Volkswagen on Sahara. My check engine light came on before my registration was due of course. So I took my car in to get fixed. After they assured me they “fixed” the problem. I still failed my smog tests. After another day of headaches and arguing with the service guy. They assured me once AGAIN it was fixed. And as a gesture of good will... the Manager offered me a free oil change and interior detail. Which I thought was so more then generous. And I was blown away. Almost ashamed at how I “Karen’d” out on these men. I finally passed my smog and continued on with my life. I cashed in on my “free oil change and detail” only to find out now... that my car has ZERO OIL in it. And is potentially causing problems now. I took my car to Volkswagen in Henderson and they couldn’t find any leaks or issues. Just no oil... mind you it is now July 2020 and I was furloughed and quarantined for about half the xxxx year... which meant I barely drove my car... which basically means how the eff do I not have oil in my car. Riddle me that. I’m beyond pissed. More
Best service advisor ever! Charlotte Wilson is an awesome service consultant! We had an issue with a newly purchased 2017 VW at another dealership. Charlotte went to bat for us Charlotte Wilson is an awesome service consultant! We had an issue with a newly purchased 2017 VW at another dealership. Charlotte went to bat for us with the other dealer and got the problem resolved properly, not just a band-aid. Without her help, we would have had to spend $2000+ out of pocket to get the problem fixed. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and especially Charlotte! Thanks for getting my cute little 2017 Golf fixed! More

I brought my car to the Dealership that the lady from VW Care advised me to go , so I can use my extended warranty. I pay the dealership $100 to do diagnosis and 3 hour later they call to ask for additional $450.00. I asked on the phone why they want additional money and I've been told that they want to open the engine to see the damages on the engine by itself. I asked then what damage the engine and they confirm that it is the timing chain fail. I do not see a point to pay from here more because VW has to be charged for additional diagnose not me! I call VW care and they did a conference call with the dealership and they denial that they told me about the timing chain - WHAT THEN THEY DIAGNOSE THE PREVIOUS DAY FOR MY $100.00 - what they did - they claim nothing!!!!?! I do not know anybody that charge $100.00 for nothing - they play games!!!! Me and my husband took pics of the timing chain and the 2 cylinders that we had access to observe without opening the engine and went with the pictures to an other auto service place - right away from there without the car been present the service tech told us that the chain fail and the cylinder has a crack and the whole engine is for replacement! So tell me now again what the CERTIFY VW SERVICE tech did for my $100.00 for 3 hours?!!!!!! From the VW dealership they denial to open a claim or to get my personal claim # with VW CARE without paying them additional $450.00 although VW has been sue for this timing chain in court and they KNOW pretty well that they have problem with this vehicle - they sold me a LEMON CAR!!!!!! I will never - ever again buy VW in my life!!!!! Before that there was an oil leak that the same dealership could not fix twice!!!! The second time my husband stay half day under the car to find from where it leaks and wanted a special permission to show the place to the servicing tech - although they have been pointed where the leak is they repair different stuff on the car to squeeze money from the warranty company and never fix it! Worst Customer Service I purchased an Atlas in June 2017 and have had nothing but problems. The salesman told me certain accessories were included but then months later, aft I purchased an Atlas in June 2017 and have had nothing but problems. The salesman told me certain accessories were included but then months later, after multiple requests for the items, said “Well I messed up. But you can come in and buy them.”. Two days after I purchased the suv multiple parts started falling off of the vehicle including the door handle, seat controls (2), hood release and hood lift support. Also, features of the vehicle were malfunctioning, such as the auto stop-start, WiFi and remote start, the. Service department told me to turn off the features or not to try to use them. When I tried to take the vehicle in for the first service I was told I would have to pay to replace the parts that were broken and the features that had malfunctioned. After complaining they told me “fine” we will cover it but the rental vehicle will be $35 per day. They wanted me to pay for a rental while they repaired my brand new SUV. After months of problems and more broken parts I called corporate and spoke with a very nice woman who connected me with someone’s voicemail to speak about the issues. He called me back 3 days later and said it would take at least 14 days to review my case. Five days later he called to say the car was repaired and “good as new”. Great, but it should have been good as new when I bought it 6 months ago. He had no response for that but did say if I had any more problems to take it in for service. This has been the worst car experience ever for me! They obviously do not care about their customers or their reputation. I told the gentleman that I would happily tell everyone about my horrific experience with VW Corporate as well as VW AutoNation. His response.... “Ok, have a great night.” I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, I will never recommend VW to anyone. More
Bad customer service! I submitted an offer for an GTI and they won't even give me the courtesy of replying back. I guess my business is not welcome.
