Always nice and helpful! I love that they don’t hound me about buying/selling my car like other places while I get work done. Charlotte was able to get me in and out pretty quickly as a walk in, considering about buying/selling my car like other places while I get work done. Not sure where to begin, my first call was about an Atlas SUV which I was interested in. Anthony is one of the sales associates who informed me that the car is not ready for sale, even though they had it for SUV which I was interested in. Anthony is one of the sales associates who informed me that the car is not ready for sale, even though they had it for sale online on their website. I told Anthony, no problem and that I will wait for it until it is ready. I literally called every other day and followed up with the sales associate, Anthony, who he asked me to reserve it and run my credit, which I did. After they ran my credit, I found out that it was sold to someone else. I spoke to two different managers, Louise Evans the GM, who were not helpful at all. Louise promised to get another car for me that I would like that was similar, and gave me the run around for two more weeks, and then that car was sold too. Really?? You work as a manager for a dealership but you don’t know where your car is? Which one is available which one is not? Ask me to run my credit first? Seriously? I am just really confused how these people work at the AutoNation yet are so unprofessional and unorganized. Neither the managers nor the employees know what is going on. How can you run a dealership with no knowledge of doing sales!? I recommend taking your business elsewhere if you do not want to have an enormous headache from dealing with such a bunch of unknowledgeable people. More
