I have to say I’m a little disappointed in the service I received. Purchased a certificated 2019 Tiguan SEL R-Line yesterday. One of the features that sold me on the car (CARNET) will no longer work after F received. Purchased a certificated 2019 Tiguan SEL R-Line yesterday. One of the features that sold me on the car (CARNET) will no longer work after Feb 2022 on all VW’s 2019 and older. I spoke about the app with my salesman (Anthony) who never mentioned to me that it wouldn’t work soon. Had I known this I would have bought the 2020 they had at the time. Furthermore was really disappointed in how slow they were as I had a cash deal, no financing involved. Should have been a quick process, but was there over 4 hours for a car I had already picked out and was sitting out back waiting for me to pick up. I doubt I will purchase again from AutoNation (specially this location). There is a few other things that bothered me about yesterday but I’m going to leave the review at this, as I don’t want to seem like I’m just complaining to complain. More

I purchased a Tiguan at the dealership with the navigator broken. Thought it was a settings issue but turned out it was the sensor. The service manager tried to blame me for the broken sensor but I was promi broken. Thought it was a settings issue but turned out it was the sensor. The service manager tried to blame me for the broken sensor but I was promised the repair when purchased. I had to go to the dealership manager for the reconciliation of the repair. And as promised the repair was fixed and my new 2019 Tiguan is in prefect order. I do understand that some people want things free but I was promised that they would repair the item. If it was buy as is and they said at the beginning that I would have to pay for the repair I would have taken that into consideration when purchasing the vehicle. More
