There is so much to say and this is a very important review for anyone who is potentially looking to buy a vehicle from AutoNation Volkswagen Las Vegas. On November 27 I bought a certified preowned review for anyone who is potentially looking to buy a vehicle from AutoNation Volkswagen Las Vegas. On November 27 I bought a certified preowned 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL R-Line. The vehicle had just barely over 19,000 miles on it. After driving the vehicle only 43 miles on the freeway I noticed that the front brakes were shaking and vibrating when you stopped. I later discovered that the front passenger side was making a really loud clunking sound when you went over speed bumps. I immediately contacted the dealership with the issues going on with my vehicle and they scheduled an appointment for me to bring it in. When I got to the dealership I was confronted in the parking lot by Raymond for a previous review that I had did on the dealership that for some reason had got pinned to him. At that point I had left a one star review for the dealership but had never met Raymond, nor left him a review. Out of a courtesy and trying to give them the benefit of a doubt and allowing them the opportunity to fix my vehicle I went online and removed the one star rating and also left him a five star rating at his demand. Upon them doing an inspection of my vehicle they discovered that it needed front brake pads and front brake rotors, however they did not have anything in stock to fix the vehicle. Raymond told me they had to order the parts and they were coming from Canada and he did not know when they would be here but I would have to continue driving the vehicle with bad brakes mind you until they could get parts to fix it. I went home and called Volkswagen of North America. They proceeded to open a ticket and try to track down parts. That was back in November. Today is January 8 and I got a call from Volkswagen corporate to inform me that the parts are now finally in route to the dealership and they should be there in 2 to 4 weeks. Remind you I’ve been driving this vehicle since November 27 with bad brakes. With no end in sight last week I traded the vehicle in and lost quite a bit of money almost $10,000 to be exact from what I paid versus what I got as a trade-in value. I am currently seeking legal counsel and I will be filing a lawsuit against AutoNation Volkswagen and Las Vegas to recover the money in which I lost due to them not fixing my vehicle and forcing me to sell it. And I don’t think all AutoNation dealerships are horrible because I traded the vehicle in right down the road at another AutoNation dealership. They have it up on their website right now with the same photos that AutoNation Volkswagen took of the car. The only reason I know that is because the picture they posted shows the car without tinted windows and with the cargo tray in the back which is sitting in my garage right now. So enclosing for any customers who are looking at this review thinking about buying a vehicle from this dealership I would highly recommend that you do not. There is another Volkswagen dealership in Henderson that I would suggest that you go to who has a lot better customer service. And for AutoNation corporate reading this review or AutoNation Volkswagen Las Vegas. Do not comment and tell me to give your general manager a call. You guys have my contact information if you guys would like to rectify the situation before I filed a lawsuit and then you guys hit with attorneys fees and court costs as well and the negative publicity that I’m going to put out all over the Las Vegas area I would suggest you pick up the phone and give me a call. The dealership is well maintained and beautiful. When you walk in the staff greats you in a timely manner and you can get down to finding your car match. Every part of the buying process was very fluid. you walk in the staff greats you in a timely manner and you can get down to finding your car match. Every part of the buying process was very fluid. I don’t feel like I had to wait for different price drops or what they would do for me. I was given great options right at the start and we were able to leave with our new car in a very short amount of time. Following my purchase I received emails going into more details about special features on my car. My sales representative, Ihor, has contacted me to make sure I had everything I needed. I am very happy with Volkswagen auto nation. More
