My service rep Mark D, is just the kind of person one hopes to have. He is efficient and great communication skills, keeping me informed every step of the way. In 2015, I leased my current Passat TDI and when that lease expired, I bought the car from AutoNation VW of Las Vegas. Just a side note, when I came to the dealership to pick up my car, Mark had stepped away from the desk. Immediately, Jeffrey began the check-out process. Mark returned moments later to complete the paperwork. This is the kind of teamwork that makes coming here such a pleasure. More

I came with my own lender which should have cut the time spent at the dealership to less than half. My sales rep was preoccupied with other tasks and I was not his main focus which extended that my day at t spent at the dealership to less than half. None of the staff smiled in the sales room and the atmosphere was very nonchalant and draining. The vehicle I bought did not have all the features it was advertised with and the wireless charger drains my phone battery instead of replenishing it. I still have yet to be contacted by the sales rep to see how everything is going with my new vehicle. It has been more than a week since my purchase. More
