DECEPTIVE, DECEITFUL, and DISRESPECTFUL! ! I received an online quote to sell my vehicle for $29,700, which was valid until 6/13. I visited this dealership on 6/8, at which time they verifie ! I received an online quote to sell my vehicle for $29,700, which was valid until 6/13. I visited this dealership on 6/8, at which time they verified the condition of my vehicle and approved the offer of $29,700. The representative I worked with was Dominick. After approving the offer, he pressured me into accepting the offer on the spot. I explained I needed to think about it over the weekend and would be in contact on Monday, 6/10. As promised, I followed up with Dominick on Monday, 6/10 to move forward with the deal. After providing him with all of the requested information, he replied that they would no longer honor the offer. I attempted to escalate this since I had an offer in writing that was still valid for another few days, but with no avail. I would like to emphasize the deceptive and deceitful practices of this dealership, as well as the disrespect that was shown to me by the staff. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs!! More
