By far the worst dealership to work with an out of state deal. Went from a sales rep that doesn’t know much of anything pertaining shipping or simple concept of communication. Then reached to a manager who deal. Went from a sales rep that doesn’t know much of anything pertaining shipping or simple concept of communication. Then reached to a manager who said “hey I’ll find out what’s going on with your transport” (Nate) to never following up with me. Then I get on the phone with a Roman guy, I guess you call that a manager who hung up on me because I was explaining my frustration about my whole situation. 1. How do you set up shipping on Saturday a weeks ago and the vehicle finally gets picked up on a Friday evening. Then I’m being told the vehicle will get dropped off on a Saturday or a Sunday. Again lack of communication. Plus nobody told me anything. I had to ask multiple times. 2. I called in and spoke with a manager, who supposedly said he would go and find out what’s taking almost a week to get a vehicle from Tampa to Dallas Texas. I understand if you’re transporting this vehicle to IDAHO or WISCONSIN. In a remote area. Not DALLAS TX. Oh BTW never got that phone call back from Nate. Because like he said on the phone. That wasn’t my deal so idk what’s going on with it. Like bro that’s laziness. Instead of saying that, how about you have a little more pride and proactiveness to find out brotha. Every client of mine whether I did the deal or not I’m making sure there taken care of. 3. Once I called back I guess Nate pushed the call off to a guy named ROMAN, who said the same exact words as Nate. “Oh I didn’t do your deal idk what’s going on with it. But I found out what’s going on with your transport, is getting dropped off on Wensday.” Again why is there so much lack of communication here. He proceeds to blame a sales associate instead of taking accountability for the company and store he works for. He point’s the finger at the next man. Then I said why is this taking so long. You guys set up shipping almost 10 days ago. FROM 2/15 TO 2/24th. A whole week and half ago to ship. He tells me that I chose the cheaper transport. I almost lost my mind when he said that!!!!!! NOBODY TOLD ME THERE WAS EVEN A OPTION!! For faster transport. Again lack of communication. I tell this man I would have just paid for my own transport. He again states well I didn’t even do this deal. Hahah my God! “My GSM did!!!” The incompetence to even Blame now your GSM who supposedly did the deal instead of again to Handel the situation like a manager and find a solution. Then he hangs up on me and says you can call him tomorrow. What an OVERALL FAILURE FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM!!! WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. Dealerships wonder why people don’t want to come in to the store anymore. Customer service horrible, lack of communication, and laziness. As long as they have your money and paperwork in hand. Nothing else matters. More
What a wonderful experience my husband and I had yesterday at this dealer. From the minute we walked in for a test drive to the minute we walked out with our daughters first car. Kent and Danielle were amazing, they made our experience seem like a walk in the park. Everything was explained to us in detail. Carfax was provided, any repairs they completed were in the folder we were provided. They even mentioned the stuff they didn't complete which is unheard of at a dealer. Most dealers try to take advantage of you. I have never had such a great experience at a car dealership as the one I had at Auto Nation Wesley Chapel. Everything took about two hours max if that, and we left happy. We will definitely be using them when we need another car for our twins. Thank you again Kent and Danielle. Be sure to ask for them when buying your next car! More

Everyone was welcoming and Ernesto was so helpful with everything. Additionally he found multiple ways to help us with each step of finding our new card. Additionally Jessica was an amazing help and found the best ways for the financing and made sure that we where happy and tripled check that everything was perfect. This dealership has some of the best employees that I have ever seen with a welcoming staff. Honestly one of the best experiences we have had. More

These people called me to lure me into the dealership in order to “buy” my car after getting a KBB Instant Cash Offer. Once at the dealership, they proceeded to lowball me and say they would NOT honor the K order to “buy” my car after getting a KBB Instant Cash Offer. Once at the dealership, they proceeded to lowball me and say they would NOT honor the KBB offer because they’d have to pay KBB a fee and would rather offer me a separate appraisal. After asking further information as to why they wouldn’t honor the KBB offer, they decided to go online and request a new KBB offer using false information about the car like paint damage and scratches that do NOT exist. Once I confronted them, they said it was standard for their dealership to make up damage in order to get a KBB offer. I just walked out. So incredibly unethical and unprofessional behavior. If they don’t want to buy the car, just say so, don’t engage in unethical behavior to try and justify their actions. Stay away from this place if you can. More
