They work hard to make things right. I came down from Minnesota to look at a vehicle and when I got there they had some miscommunication and were not prepared for my arrival. But sales m I came down from Minnesota to look at a vehicle and when I got there they had some miscommunication and were not prepared for my arrival. But sales manager Peter Pasiakos went above and beyond to make things right and take care of any concerns I had. Peter is very good at his job and it is a comfort to work with a professional that puts his customers first! More

It took almost 2 months of stress, time, and money before I received any Justice. My first experience as a first time car buyer and I was sold a lemon (Benz) to be exact. After days of playing phone tag , we I received any Justice. My first experience as a first time car buyer and I was sold a lemon (Benz) to be exact. After days of playing phone tag , weeks of paying for Uber/Lyft with no reimbursement; the constant humiliation sitting in the center of the building watching others get treated slightly better ( let’s pray their car has no issues). I am a female at a young age just trying to purchase my first vehicle. You would think just maybe I won’t get f’d over? Wrong! On top of that my life was endangered the second I got in the vehicle. It took more than one technician/mechanic from 3 different places (Sun Devil Auto , RepairSmith-Autonation, Mercedes-Benz of Arrowhead) each confirming MULTIPLE……….issues. Specifically SAFTEY issues. Everything I am sharing was not unsaid. I drove and took Ubers going back and fourth speaking to 10 people 2/10 being (AutionNation, inc & Westlake Finance). 6 different associates 1 GM 1 who just became a manager & had no prior knowledge of my situation but took the phone laughing with his coworkers. Thank you for your arrogance and suggestion to go to another Autonation! Your the reason I was directed by them to speak to your Gm & Corporate. I spoke to every single person possible until finally we agreed on a deal. This deal was dragged out. It took the left tire popping off while on the I-10 being only 20 min on the road after just paying more $ & receiving your car from the final dealership that you wait 3 weeks for. I had to pay more money because my warranty refused to pay anymore than they already have for a car they said since the beginning we had to come in contact “ You deserve a new car the mileage from when you drove it off the lot does not match the MANY issues that is on this vehicle.” I was told the deal we just made had to be rediscussed. Since damage occurred to the car and this was 2nd time. Each being after the car gets fixed. Which is what they wanted and told me I had to do in order to receive my end of the deal. It not only took weeks to get done but my life becomes endangered AGAIN police having to help each time. Stating themselves “ This is a lemon car and am I aware of Lemon Law? “ Every mechanic & technician that came in contact with the car stated it had saftey issues and the dealership didn’t care to listen. “Unfortunately” was the only answer. Imagine that. You go to get your first car and it’s been nothing but a pain mentally and let’s thank God physically I am okay when every incident occurred. I was a paying customer that didn’t hesitate to give them the money. I gave $3k the first day trusting their words that I didn’t need to test drive due to them only selling certified safe cars. Yet the car was only on the lot for 1 day prior to me seeing it. The fan every-time you turn it on you can hear something was wrong or out of place. The sterling alignment was completely off it made me nervous to every-time I had to use it. Which wasn’t much either give about another 3 weeks at max I actually got to drive my car because it was constantly in the mechanic shop. Oh and forget the additional warranty I paid for they didn’t help but stall. Truthfully it could’ve been out of spite due to stating I needed a new car and they refuse to fix it. Overall this was the most heartache xxxx show I’ve ever seen. I finally received a new car but even after putting me through all of this I had to wait with my family for 7 hours we got there at 10am I paid for the tow making sure it showed up with the car same time as me. I get there and a lady is taking pictures of the car. They already knew the situation before I even got there. The process to get my car was so unprofessional I don’t even understand how they could still have business? Even down to things I was told I would get due to the inconvenience didn’t happen. I was a pawn for them. I recommend any other Autonation before this one. More
Avoid this dealership at all cost! Loan companies refuse to work with them because the sell lemon cars. Staff is rude and does not take the safety they put their customers in seriously Loan companies refuse to work with them because the sell lemon cars. Staff is rude and does not take the safety they put their customers in seriously. The Manager laughs in your face when you express your concerns. Prepare for you to spend all day if you are paired with him as your representative. We sat for 6 hours and he did not tell us when we were waiting for or a status on our processing. Don't expect the General Manager to help deescalate situations , he hides in his office and avoids customers, he is not confrontational.Only way to get anything taken serious is to get law enforcement involved! Pro Tip: If a car you want to see is at the Avondale location, go to another nearby autonation and request them to transfer the car from avondale to you! They can do it in less than an hour, even if you just want to test drive it! More
