I was very apprehensive about buying a car that I could not sit in, drive, or inspect. Brett sent many photos, videos, and offered to Face Time me to ease my nerves and answer all of my questions. I went to a local Autonation USA dealership near my house to complete the paperwork, which was quite convenient. They shipped the car to me in only a few days. The car is BEAUTIFUL and I could not be happier with my purchase! No matter where you live, I give my heartiest endorsement for doing business with Brett or Dan. I trusted your claim that you do 120 points inspection on the cars you sell. I bought this 2011 BMW X5 50i but already had clunking noises at the front suspension. I attempted to return it on the 4th day and the cars you sell. I bought this 2011 BMW X5 50i but already had clunking noises at the front suspension. I attempted to return it on the 4th day and before reaching 250 miles but sales was very hesitant and promised to fix the issue. I brought the car back and one side was repaired. Now the other side is making same noise and drive belt makes loud squeaking every start like it is going to snap in the middle of trip. I wish you would have fixed these issues before selling the car to trusting buyers. Either you will allow me to return the car to repair these flaws or return the car for full refund, if you care about your reputation. More
