This was my second experience with them and all I can say is I’ve never had a car buying experience that was as smooth and seamless as this has been. so my buying experience was about a 6/7, after that it went straight off a cliff to a 0/1.... I have personal plates and during the buying process had my sales guy make copies of the plates to register on went straight off a cliff to a 0/1.... I have personal plates and during the buying process had my sales guy make copies of the plates to register on the new car, I mentioned it to him over 5 times during the negotiation process and to the finance guy at least 3.... WELL guess what!!!? the day comes for me to pick up what i thought would be only my registration tag; NOPE!!!!! I had new plates (which i didnt need or want) and a registration tag. I told the person that went to get my tag that there was a mistake and he went to get my original sales guy Richard St. Armand (steer clear of him) who after a short argument tossed the new registration and plates at me and basically told me it was my problem and to go incur extra costs at the DMV and that if i brought back the receipt i'd get my money back from autonation usa katy. HUH!!!!????? I wasnt born at night much less last night so without something in writing or on video of dealership management telling me that they would do that (none of them would do that, i asked) i wasnt taking possession of the tag or plates. I was guaranteed by someone who claimed to be a manager that the issue would be solved and i'd get a call back by that evening. Next day rolls around no call or e-mail, so I make a phone call to a client who has a friend at Autonation and that evening i get e-mail from my sales guy (Richard "4 thumbs down" St. Armand) apologizing for the mess up only not his behavior and telling me they will only reimburse me $3...ARE YOU KIDDING ME????!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!! This experience has reinforced why i dont do business with anyone who i dont know and has been the 2nd worst experience ive had next to buying a vehicle out of Oklahoma at Dick Bailey Auto Group. STAY far away from them too!!!!! More

The service representative, Oscar, was very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, thorough and so responsive throughout the whole process. Very impressed with his professionalism and honesty.
