This is my first car, I've been doing my research and talking to Eric. He's straight and honest with me about my budget, I respect that. He was able to communicate well with my mother, who struggles with English. He thoroughly listened to my all of my concerns, and answered every question I had, even if it was a stupid one. The vehicle I was looking for was bought right before I arrived, and despite that, Brian found me a vehicle that was even better than what I was looking for before. It was within my budget, had great mileage, and fit my style of car. The customer service I received was than anywhere else I’ve ever been to, and that includes restaurants as well.
