I spoke to my salesman 1G1FK1R67L0123387…. Autonation saw my review and posted for me to email customer relations, I’ve emailed twice with no reply! I spoke to my salesman after he read my review and he asked me to come in and work with the finance manager and they would honor what they first offered. The next morning as we were getting ready to do the deal I messaged the salesman to double check on the car as it had disappeared from the website. He advised it was there and to come in. A few hours later he texted me and said sorry the car is not available, Apparently someone there decided to ignore our deal and “SOLD” the car during closing times to someone out of state, I’m not sure how that’s possible. Fast forward to today Wednesday evening the car that “SOLD” now shows available 700 miles from here in Florida. It seems like someone took all the trouble to ship the car out of state for my deal to be impossible. All I can say is wowwwww… that’s low! Horrible experience, autonation do better!
