Called prior to coming, they said they had both cars I wanted to see - got there and only one car there, and no one could find keys after 45 minutes of waiting. Asked them to call me once found keys, no call back.... a week later I call prior to going, and drove vehicle...Hugo was salesman and was a very nice gentlemen. We agreed I would purchase the vehicle if the scratch is handled, and they advised they would fix. A few days later I was informed vehicle is ready, and provided photos of repairs. I ask them to send me the purchase agreement, and they requested insurance information to expedite process. Throughout the day we conversed about what they needed, and having the paperwork ready upon my arrival as I am paying cash....... Prior to my arrival I asked them what was total for Cashier check, as I was on my way - they tell me the car was sold on a finance deal! I asked for a manager to call me and as you would expect - nothing! This is poor business, and wreaks of the exact problem with dealing with shady Car Dealership managers. .........I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from an Auto Nation store. More

Roger at the Katy AutoNation was helpful during the entire process of purchasing a new truck. He was informative prior to me traveling to location by taking detailed photos of the truck I was intereste entire process of purchasing a new truck. While I was at location he was punctual and already had the truck pulled around, He was helpful on the test drive by telling me about how AutoNations policies work with the 5 day guarantee. Dying the purchasing process he kept me up to speed on what was happening and gave me a good forecast of when I would be speaking with the accounting department. After the sale he continued to stay in touch when the plates arrived and even found a spare key for the truck. I would recommend Roger to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. Thanks, Roger! More
